What I stumbled upon rather late in my professional path is the profound impact that every seller, whether their property sold or not, has on shaping the type of agent one evolves into.

In my relentless pursuit of excellence, I aspired to be the best, firmly believing I had achieved that distinction. I fiercely advocated for my clients and their financial interests. It’s crucial to note that my adversaries were no pushovers; they were formidable opponents. I unapologetically defied conventional industry norms regarding contract timelines, escrow amounts, appraisal shortfall risks, loan approval deadlines, counteroffers, and a myriad of other negotiation aspects.
